Across garage work, yard clearance, and moving jobs, Cody delivers speed and fair rates with cleanup included, earning unanimous five-star reviews. His responsive communication and competitive pricing beat competitors. No complaints recorded.
Most reviewers praise Michael's team for fast, clean pool removal with good communication and fair pricing. However, two detailed complaints describe incomplete grading work, debris left behind, property damage, and the owner's reluctance to return and fix problems after project completion.
Most reviewers report smooth projects completed on budget and on time, with responsive staff and solid craftsmanship across demolition and excavation work. However, a detailed 1-star account from 2024 documents a multi-year dispute over 2019 waterproofing and excavation, court judgement against the company for untruthful claims, and non-payment despite judicial orders, alongside a separate complaint about a jobsite bin blocking a fire hydrant near Toronto residential buildings.
