Terms of use
These terms apply to Ontario Excavation & Demolition Directory, an independent directory of demolition contractor businesses in Ontario published by Ontario Excavation & Demolition Directory. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see how we rank); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What listings and scores mean
A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.
How this site earns
This site may route enquiries to listed businesses or partners and may receive referral fees for doing so. Fees never affect scores or rankings: those are computed from public review data under the published rubric, and no payment can change them.
If your business is listed here
Businesses listed here can request corrections, dispute a listing or score, or ask to be removed. The listing policy explains how each request works and what to include.
Acceptable use
Use the site to research businesses and send genuine enquiries. Scraping or republishing the compiled directory content, submitting false enquiries, interfering with the site’s operation, and any unlawful use are all prohibited.
Content ownership
Ontario Excavation & Demolition Directory owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Ontario Excavation & Demolition Directory is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Which law applies
These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of Canada and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes and contact
The published version of this page, with its date, is the current version of these terms; we may revise it from time to time, and continued use of the site counts as acceptance. For questions, reach us at ontariodirectorypartners@gmail.com.
