Early morning calls get answered and bins arrive the same day. Staff walk you through costs upfront, drivers place bins exactly where you need them, and pickups happen on schedule. One customer faced hours of delays and got three excuses in quick succession; another's final invoice ballooned past the quote. For 92% of reviewers across 135 reviews, the experience has been reliable and courteous.
Repeat customers cite Brian and Tony by name as drivers who show up on time and treat property carefully. A Mississauga condo dweller praised the bin's narrow profile and hinged doors for tight parking spots. Abbey from phone support is noted for patient answers to first-time renters. The rare friction points center on missed initial timelines and surprise charges, not service recovery.
Synergy delivers consistent craftsmanship on hardscaping and patio work, with staff like Daniel and Jose earning repeated praise for communication and problem-solving. The team is upfront about their $5,000 minimum and will redirect smaller jobs elsewhere, which reviewers appreciate despite missing out on work.
Most reviewers report smooth, professional service with fast response and clean sites, especially for asbestos and mold work. One serious complaint documents a 16-month delay on a two-week job and unpaid subcontractors, creating real doubt about project management.
Builders and contractors in the GTA consistently praise Como for excavation precision and demolition professionalism. Kevin and the team earn trust through responsiveness, on-time work, and care-from foundation underpinning to heritage site preservation-though a decade-old unresolved claim from an unintended demolition remains a serious caveat.
