Eddy's delivers strong excavation and demolition work when projects run smoothly. Long-standing clients and contractors praise their precision, punctuality, and site management. However, a consistent thread of complaints about driver behaviour on highways and communication failures during disputes undermines the overall reputation. Recent negative reviews focus on traffic violations and unresponsiveness after deposit disputes.
Reviewers describe Ishore as professional and dependable, with praise for work quality and crew reliability. Limited recent review data available, though all feedback is five-star.
Two reviews paint opposite pictures: one praises Ruben for patio work, while a more recent one criticizes unprofessional conduct and durability. Limited evidence to assess the business reliably.
Reviewers consistently report arriving exactly on schedule and transparent quotes with no surprises. Daniel's team handles everything from small junk removals to full house deconstruction, working clean and protected spaces, talking openly about timelines and costs. Staff adapt to requests (bin placement, bin upsizing, same-day appointments) and finish jobs on budget. Repeat customers cite reliability, professionalism, and the feeling that the business treats their project as a genuine priority rather than just a job to get through. Over 21 years serving the GTA, Junk Out positions itself as a family-owned operation where the office staff and crew communicate well and show up when they say they will. Bins arrive as promised, pickups happen on schedule, and the site is clean at day's end. Many reviewers used them multiple times during renovations or estate cleanups; none reported hidden fees, damage, or delayed projects.
