Google-verified19 Google reviews
Core details are sourced from this business's Google Business Profile (checked 2026-09-25). Website-sourced details were fetched 2026-08-25.
All 19 reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise punctual service, honest pricing with no hidden fees, and Eric's leadership of a professional team. Bin rentals and junk removal dominate the feedback, with several multi-year repeat clients citing reliability and willingness to adapt to tight schedules.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Only one review is available, rated 1 star, so drawing firm conclusions is not possible. The business states on its website that it offers demolition, metal recycling, decommissioning, and waste services across Canada; however, the single review does not provide enough detail to verify performance or identify what went wrong.
Rob Grant and Peter stand out for patience, thorough explanations, and willingness to help tenants navigate landlord disputes or improper prior work. Their attentiveness has earned loyal repeat callers and referrals from call management partners. However, service quality and professionalism have been inconsistent: some crews arrive late without notice, cut jobs short mid-process, skip visible mold spots, and ignore follow-up calls. Billing mismatches (charging for safety gear not worn) and aggressive sales tactics before site visits have left households frustrated. The best outcomes occur when Rob or Peter handle the client directly; field-level execution appears uneven.
Harley and his crew earn strong praise for speed, cleanliness, and professionalism across 16 five-star reviews. They show up on time or early, finish jobs quickly, and leave sites spotless. One customer reported frustration with quoting communication and last-minute scheduling demands, but 94% of reviews are five-star. Responsiveness to urgent jobs and fair pricing stand out, especially for commercial strip-outs and residential renovation support. The team's attention to detail, care during work, and willingness to explain the job mark them as thoughtful contractors. Harley, Jordan, and their crew handle jobs ranging from small concrete removal to 12,000 sq ft commercial spaces. Their website claims 15+ years in business, full insurance, and pricing 25% below competitors. Service areas span the Greater Toronto Area.
