Most jobs finish on schedule with a crew that prioritizes safety and leaves the site clean. Work spans residential demolition to commercial shoring, with equipment brought to site and communication that's straightforward. Two reviews flagged poor attitude and dangerous driving, though these are outliers against 17 five-star ratings.
Review evidence is limited. The business states 10 years of experience and operates across Toronto and North York, offering demolition, interior strip-out, asbestos abatement, and related remediation services. Most reviewers report smooth projects completed on budget and on time, with responsive staff and solid craftsmanship across demolition and excavation work. However, a detailed 1-star account from 2024 documents a multi-year dispute over 2019 waterproofing and excavation, court judgement against the company for untruthful claims, and non-payment despite judicial orders, alongside a separate complaint about a jobsite bin blocking a fire hydrant near Toronto residential buildings.
Mike at Lightning General Contracting painted two reviewers' homes with strong results. Both customers left five-star ratings, though the sample size is limited.
