Reviewers consistently report same-day or on-time pickups, fair pricing communicated upfront, and a crew that handles awkward loads (treadmills, renovation debris) without damage. Staff members Najeeb, Dev, Moh, David, and Robin earn repeated mention for courtesy and speed. One reviewer found a lost album in the pile; another praised the sweep-up after removal.
The business appears strongest for homeowners tackling post-renovation cleanouts, basement clears, and garage decluttering in the GTA. No cost overruns or miscommunications surface in available reviews, and same-day availability is standard. The 5.0 rating across 118 reviews and positioning above 95% of directory peers suggests sustained performance.
Limited review evidence, but those that clearly relate to demolition work cite quick turnaround, courteous loading staff, and projects completed on schedule regardless of scope.
Review evidence is limited; no customer feedback text was available. Nikana Group lists design, renovation, and restoration services across residential and commercial work in the GTA, and their website claims certifications in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades since 2005.
Two customers paid for residential and commercial work but found uneven stones, cracks, and pooling water within months; the business became unreachable when asked to fix problems. Two five-star reviews from years back credited responsive crew, but recent complaints centre on shoddy output and vanishing accountability.
