Reviewers consistently describe Blake and his team as punctual, straightforward on pricing, and unfussy about the work. Jobs get done fast without mess left behind, and the crew stays respectful throughout. Their speed and willingness to handle awkward access (through houses, tight condos, multi-trip jobs) without damage or corners cut stands out in practice.
Residential cleanouts, condo junk removal, and light demolition dominate the reviews; they also handle yard debris, construction cleanup, and estate work. Operating 10+ years across the GTA, they show up when promised and quote fairly upfront. No complications reported across 16 five-star reviews.
All six reviews are five-star. Customers praise Daniel and his team (Troy named once) for detailed trim, wainscoting, and custom carpentry work. Projects stay on schedule and budget; one reviewer noted the price was higher than competitors but worth it.
