Lakeside's crews deliver fast, efficient work on site: a Sault Ste. Marie emergency snow clear and an Oakville intersection job both earned specific praise for speed and coordination. However, multiple reviewers cited dangerous driving by company vehicles and unprofessional behaviour that overshadow technical competence.
Consider their work quality against a pattern of safety and conduct concerns. Payment disputes with subcontractors and poor judgment by staff have left reviewers questioning whether to trust the company.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One recent reviewer hired Demcore for a complete basement gut-out in Oakville and found them professional, reliable, and tidy throughout the job. Review evidence is limited, so expect to request references or quotes.
Daad Demolition reliably delivers fast, clean work on kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and whole-home interiors. Dan and Adam lead a crew that protects furniture, manages surprises on budget, and leaves sites ready for the next phase. One isolated poor rating in five years does not reflect the pattern.
Demolition Services - Frank Team INC consistently delivers fast, professional work with meticulous site cleanup. Reviewers praise Frank and his crew for showing up on schedule, staying within budget, and handling jobs from pool removal to basement gutting with equal care. The team communicates clearly and takes precautions to protect property throughout. Residential and commercial projects alike earn five-star reviews across multiple job types: concrete demolition, interior strip-outs, deck removal, and specialized work. Staff arrive prepared, finish efficiently, and leave sites clean. Pricing is described as reasonable for the quality and scope of work delivered. Operating over 20 years in the GTA, they're licensed and insured to $5 million.
