Roxa Construction offers residential and commercial demolition across the greater Toronto area. Review evidence is limited, so we cannot speak to execution quality or customer experience from feedback.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All 14 reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Kam and his team for punctuality, professionalism, and quality work on whole-home renovations and custom builds. Projects stay on budget and on schedule; staff are knowledgeable and organized on site.
CoreCut shows up on time, finishes the same day, removes all debris before leaving, and doesn't touch what stays. They protect floors and stairs, control dust, and quote fairly with no surprises. Property owners who've hired them multiple times note they handle the whole job from start to finish without becoming a headache. Reviewers across Mississauga neighborhoods (Churchill Meadows, Applewood, Clarkson, Malton, Streetsville, Port Credit) report the same experience: interior demolition, concrete cutting, selective wall removal, and kitchen/bathroom gutting all done with the site broom-clean and ready for the next trade. No late arrivals, no debris sitting around, no scope creep.
All six reviews rate GTA Contracting Services at five stars. Work includes popcorn removal, window repairs, and general renovation cleanup; a named technician called Peter is praised for being thorough and not rushing.
