Luke and his team deliver demolition work fast, within quoted budget, and keep clients informed daily via text or site visits. Interior gutting, pool and deck removal, commercial units, and concrete work all finish on schedule with pristine cleanup; when obstacles arise, they adapt and solve them on the spot.
The crew handles backyard complexity, fire restoration, and large commercial jobs alike. Clients consistently praise his responsiveness to quotes, fair pricing, and willingness to go beyond scope. Site management is meticulous-vacuumed interiors, cleared debris, left properties ready for next work.
Two customers paid for residential and commercial work but found uneven stones, cracks, and pooling water within months; the business became unreachable when asked to fix problems. Two five-star reviews from years back credited responsive crew, but recent complaints centre on shoddy output and vanishing accountability.
Last Nail arrives quickly and completes jobs on schedule or ahead of it. Reviewers across the GTA consistently report careful selective demolition, sites swept clean of debris and nails, and crews who understand how to work around existing features and sensitive materials. Their strength in waterproofing prep, older home materials, and emergency response sets them apart. Kitchen and bathroom gutting, shed and deck removal, and basement clearing dominate the work described. Staff keep homeowners informed, quote accurately, and charge fairly for the market. One reviewer noted the team responded within 24 hours to a burst pipe emergency, while another praised knowledge of interior wall systems during a full-home renovation gut.
Review evidence is limited; no customer feedback text was available. Nikana Group lists design, renovation, and restoration services across residential and commercial work in the GTA, and their website claims certifications in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades since 2005.
