What recent reviews say

Five-star reviews span a decade of foundation work, site clearing, and emergency demolition, praising punctuality and honest pricing. However, recent one-star reviews from subcontractors detail unpaid invoices and failed project coordination, particularly a basement-pouring incident where poor site prep led to 8 cancelled concrete trucks and back-charges.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Best for: homeowners and builders needing foundation or site clearing work with proven track record.
Think twice if: subcontractors should clarify payment terms in writing; past billing disputes and site coordination failures suggest risk without formal agreements.

Common questions

How quickly can you complete a site clearing job?
One reviewer reported yard clearing (rocks, pathways, fencing removal, levelling) completed in the time it took them to finish a vacation. Foundation underpinning on a 100-year-old house was finished three weeks ahead of a four-week estimate.
Do you charge extra if the scope changes mid-project?
A homeowner who discovered extra rubbish during interior demolition paid only the cost of extra bins, described as reasonable. Another reviewer confirmed work on unpredicted additional concrete layers was completed without contract renegotiation.

Reviewers consistently report bins arriving and leaving on schedule with courteous, professional crews. Staff answer calls and texts promptly, explain options clearly, and take care placing bins without damaging driveways. Pricing is fair compared to national junk-removal chains, with one reviewer noting a cost saving of over $1000 versus a well-advertised competitor for twice the volume. Long-standing residential customers praise the reliable service and responsive text-message system. Bins are delivered clean. The company has earned repeat business from users clearing estates, renovating homes, and managing construction debris over many years of consistent operation.
