PRO Basement - Lowering Underpinning & Waterproofing Toronto

5.0(24)✓ Google-verified

All 18 reviewers gave five stars. The consistent thread: PRO Basement handles complex basement lowering and waterproofing projects with care. They explain each step in advance, arrive on schedule, clean up daily, and manage city permits and inspections without burdening homeowners. Slava and Igor are named repeatedly for their planning and execution. Reviewers highlight the team's ability to adapt to old foundations, manage groundwater issues, and relocate furnaces and utilities. Results are dry basements, usable headroom (often raising 6'2" to 8'4"), and peace of mind from waterproofing. Site discipline and communication stand out across projects ranging from old Toronto houses to complicated underpinning work. The work is concrete: basement lowering, underpinning, waterproofing inside and out, weeping tile replacement, sump pump and backwater valve install, floor drains, walkout basement creation, and furnace relocation. Several reviewers note they wish they had hired them years earlier. None report delays, budget surprises, unnecessary upselling, or poor workmanship.
