Floyd and his team deliver skilled mold and asbestos work with straightforward talk and timely service. One appointment fell through due to contact and navigation confusion, but the large majority experienced quick response, thorough testing, and careful remediation backed by clear guidance on next steps.
Nine five-star reviews celebrate High Caliber's bathroom and kitchen renovations, highlighting Steve's hands-on leadership, daily site organization, and honest problem-solving. The team arrives on time, keeps homes clean, and communicates progress transparently throughout projects.
Every review praises speed, cleanliness, and Rodrigo or Xander's responsiveness. Crews arrive on time, finish jobs quickly even under time pressure or unexpected obstacles, and leave spaces thoroughly cleaned. Pricing consistently described as fair and competitive; one kitchen removal quoted and scheduled within 72 hours. The team handles complex or unusual work without hesitation: interior demolitions, kitchen removals, backyard structures, commercial units in busy buildings. Staff treat homes and properties with care, work around neighbours and pets, and solve access problems creatively. Photos and updates sent during work. Multiple reviewers mention having collected other quotes and choosing Almar for both price and professionalism.
Every reviewer who booked Diamond Rope Machines praised Vlad and his team for showing up when promised and leaving the site spotless. Their concrete cutting and drilling work is precise and done on first attempt, with site coordination that keeps projects moving. Residential homeowners and commercial contractors alike report easy communication, fair pricing, and crews who bring their own equipment and generators. The business has earned repeat clients and delivers tunnel work, foundation drilling, and curb cuts with equal professionalism. No negative feedback across 42 five-star reviews.
Reviewers consistently praise the team for speed and professionalism on mold removal, water damage, and asbestos work. Named technicians (Lester, Julio, Jesus, Eduardo, Alex, Jose) routinely arrive on time, document progress with photos, and leave sites clean. Attic and basement remediation work draws strong approval. One detailed complaint from 11 months ago flags serious rebuild and drywall failures: damaged heritage floors despite specific protection requests, poor mud work, and scope mismanagement. The reviewer's follow-up note confirms identity and provides photographic evidence of defects. This reflects gaps in their interior finishing capability, a risk if hiring them for the rebuild side of a project.
All 14 reviewers gave five stars. They praise Isa Co for fair pricing, skilled operators, and swift project delivery. The owner works closely with clients through complex jobs like excavation and shoring, answering questions long after completion and connecting them with trusted contractors.
Most jobs finish on schedule with a crew that prioritizes safety and leaves the site clean. Work spans residential demolition to commercial shoring, with equipment brought to site and communication that's straightforward. Two reviews flagged poor attitude and dangerous driving, though these are outliers against 17 five-star ratings.
We-Haul earns trust through consistency: bins arrive on schedule, staff show up courteous and careful, and the final bill matches the quote. Crews named Matthew, Jacob, Dillon, and Mark stand out for treating customers like family, whether handling yard debris after a shed demolition or accommodating emergency extensions with genuine care. Contractors return repeatedly because We-Haul's pricing stays honest and their responsiveness genuine. Multiple customers note switching away from other disposal companies specifically for We-Haul's combination of reliable scheduling, transparent costs, and a team that listens to site requests. The business works equally well for one-off homeowner rentals and ongoing renovation jobs. No hidden charges ever surface in the feedback, which matters in a sector where surprise add-ons are common.
Every reviewer gave five stars. The consistent story: Vlad and his team show up when promised, work fast and clean, treat the space with respect, and charge fairly. Multiple reviewers hired them for follow-up jobs and specifically named crew members Vlad, Alex, Bahtiar, and Max for their reliability and work ethic. One couple even praised the crew for stopping to help jump-start their car in winter.
Most reviewers praise Michael's team for fast, clean pool removal with good communication and fair pricing. However, two detailed complaints describe incomplete grading work, debris left behind, property damage, and the owner's reluctance to return and fix problems after project completion.
